Chris Sherwin Tracy Bhamra Cranfield University The service design matrix: a tool for eco-efficient service design This paper introduces the Service Design Matrix – an innovative tool to aid the design of eco efficient services - within the framework of the Service Design collaborative project between Electrolux Industrial Design and the Eco Innovations Group, Cranfield University. This concept project aimed to explore the design of eco efficient services and to define and develop appropriate industrial design methods and techniques.
